Shipping Policy
Processing and Shipping

Please allow for 1-2 business days for processing at our fulfillment center before your order is shipped. NOTE - During our Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sale - PLEASE ALLOW AN EXTRA 7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PROCESSING PRIOR TO SHIPMENT. Orders placed after 2:00pm Friday PST will start processing the following Monday. Shipping times are calculated after processing and after the item has shipped. Once orders are placed they cannot be changed. Returns can still be made. Onx Sportswear is not responsible for unforeseen delays due to the Postal Service. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once delivered or an incorrectly entered address. Once items have been scanned as delivered to the customer's address, it is up to the customer to claim any missing or stolen items with the appropriate Postal Carrier or credit card. Any orders delivered damaged must be reported within 14 days and the damaged package must be delivered to your local USPS office for us to file a claim on your behalf. 

  • Unless otherwise selected, all domestic orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail. Once processing is complete, shipping time will take 2-4 days depending on the final destination.

  • While most domestic shipments deliver within 3 business days from ordering, please allow up to 6 business days for delivery of your item as processing times and shipping times may vary.

  • We do not split shipments. Orders ship once all items in an order are ready for shipment.

  • Shipments in excess of $300 require a signature for delivery.

  • Any packages returned for INCOMPLETE/ INCORRECT address will be shipped again at the customers expense.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns/Exchanges can only be made within 15 days from the date of receipt of your item. Purchases made in December are eligible to be returned by January 15th.

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to any returns accepted after 30 days.

The customer is responsible for any returns shipping costs and for obtaining tracking information as Onx Sportswear is not responsible for any lost/missing returns. Tracking and order numbers will be provided on returns by email

All Onx Sportswear items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with original tags still attached, stickers, folded in their bag. Any damaged items that have signs of wear or do not conform with Onx Sportswear's return policy will be declined and the item will be shipped back at the customer's expense or a 20% damage fee per unit will be subtracted from the refund. 

Exchanges can only be made for a different size or color of the same style only.

Once your return has been received please allow 3-5 days for processing. After processing we will send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account or your exchange to be sent out. We do not refund original shipping charges. 

Onx Sportswear guarantees its clothing to be free from manufacturing defects for the first 30 days as long as you follow our care instructions. 

If you believe you have received a defective product, prior to returning the item, please email us with an image of the defect and your order number for our team to review. 

By placing an order with Onx Sportswear, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all our shipping/return policies, terms and conditions. 

Please note- sales items may be returned or exchanged for a different size of same style and color only
